   Thank you Geary, I am so happy that you addressed the causes of crime with young people has to do with unemployment and poor parental grooming. Additionally, I am also glad you raised the issue of having a police record and that being a hamper for you to get a job. Please note that we hire expat workers in this country with police records from their own country or where they lived last and they are approved to work in this community. If we can give an expat the opportunity to work here with a police record, why can't we give our Caymanians a job as well? This double standard of what is good for one is not good for all has got to STOP!!
