What would one expect with no food service supervision or regulation? This goes back to the days of Safe Haven events. No servers were wearing protective gloves, no standards for hand washing and prepartion sanitation. Food sets out all day without rotation of time served, ingrediants are not published, and god knows what was put into any food. Food that is siting out for sale / or demonstratin, MUST be disgarded every four hours. New-Fresh food must be served. Otherwise, contamination will set in, and fiood will begin to go bad. This is why serving times must be published for people to read!!! None of these precautions were in place! There are proper ways to serve food. These regulatios must be adheared to! Otherwise, people wil get sick, and if serious enough, could die. If I were the tourist, or local, I would have someone in court first thing tomorrow morning. It is a wonder that someone hasn't died at these "Untrgulatrd" events. Including, other "Roadside" cafes and food selling venues. Nuff Said

Hopfully this will bring the Island safe food handeling standards up to par. I have eated at most of the road side food venues and have not had a bad reaction, but some enforced regulations. would be a good thing. Caman food is GOOD and should be safe as well.
