The FCO sent Richard Holmwood to do the job after government could not produce what the FCO calls a sustainable budget.
It was anticipated Mr. Holmwood would be on Island a week. However it has been over 10 days now.
In the meantime, government has passed an emergency interim spending plan of 127 million. It expires at the end of August.
Police are investing “multiple fights” that broke out at Elements nightclub. Cayman 27 understands several individuals close to the altercation were sprayed with pepper spray.
