Just an observation. In the past years before roll over policy sets in, whenever a crime was committed some media make it a point of duty to make the world know that it was committed by a jamaica. Now after the roll over policy that saw an exodus of jamaican leaving the cayman island, crimes continue to take place more than ever. But whats interesting is that the nationality of these robbers are not made public most of the time. Could I be sensing some bias in media reporting? I wonder.

The police have been doing a good job finding and arresting those that are doing crime. Lots of arrests and convictions have been taking place recently. Now the prevention of crime should catch up. Reactive efforts need to be joined with proactive efforts and the prevention of crime should follow. This is and observation, not a complaint.
