In 27 Tonight’s Big Story, Ben Meade, Tammi Sulliman and April Cummins discuss the Referendum 2012 results and the failure to trigger change in Cayman’s electoral system.

Despite more voters saying they want all single member constituencies, not enough of them voted overall to change the system as we know it. But the results of the vote leave us with a lot to talk about ahead of general elections next year.
