Nick Pitman created the Expats and Caymanians Unite page on the social networking site and attracted thousands of followers. But today (Tuesday, 7 August) it has emerged that Mr. Pitman has been on Island for 7 years and is moving back to his native UK.
On his own Facebook page he said he was pleased to be leaving Cayman on a high after what he describes as “An interesting 10 days” helping people get heard through the power of social media.
Progressives Leader and incoming Premier Alden McLaughlin says the hard work starts now. Second elected member for Bodden Town, Osbourne Bodden, said he plans to consult with his constituents to help the people in his district.
