Caribbean law librarians meet in Cayman

Caribbean law librarians from public and private legal institutions and firms have been meeting here this week, to discuss continuing education and professional networking. Attorney General Samuel Bulgin told the conference that librarians play a significant role in the law practice.

He also noted that despite the growth of online activity, law librarians are intrinsic to the proper functioning of legal institutions.

This week’s conference was held under the theme “From place to platform: Taking Caribbean law libraries to the next level.”
