Financial Secretary's Statement

The Financial Secretary is finally speaking out on deficit controversy. Under the PPM, the deficit was forecast to be 29 million dollars, but that has jumped up to 74 million since the UDP took power.
Financial Secretary Kenneth Jefferson has been in the firing line, and now he's hitting back at his critics.
