Case Tampering in Omar Samuels Murder Case

Two women have been charged with case tampering related to the murder of Omar Samuels.
Taya Ramoon-Truman faces charges of doing an act to pervert the course of justice and defeating the course of justice.
Monique Watler is charged with attempting to obstruct the course of justice.
The women are suspected of interfering with potential witnesses in the investigation of the murder of 28-year-old Samuels, who was killed in July. Ave Watler is currently out on bail, but Taya Ramoon-Truman is remanded in custody. Both women will appear in court next week for a preliminary inquiry into the case.
Meanwhile, three men have been charged with the murder itself, they are Osbourne Douglas, Patrick McField and Brandon Leslie. All details relating to their court appearances have been suppressed.
