More Duty Increases

The list of new fees is starting to pile up as government's economic rescue plan is pushed through into different laws.
The cost to import goods has now increased after Customs tariff amendments were gazetted on Monday (7 December). It's also more expensive to register and run a company with various business fees now increased.
Lawyers are also now paying more to be admitted to practise.
Next up will be a money transfer fee of 2% for cash sent overseas through services like Western Union and Quick Cash.
