Wrong Man Charged According to Defence

The Defence in the Randy Martin trial says Crown Counsel has the wrong man.

Mr. Martin is accused of murdering 21-year-old Sabrina Schrin, but his lawyers say the finger should be pointed at another person altogether.

News 27 is unable to report some of the details in today’s court proceedings (9 December) because the Judge is still deciding what to allow as evidence. The Defence however, wants the Judge to accept phone records that show someone else had the opportunity to commit the murder.

News 27's Tammi Sulliman has been following the trial closely and has more in the video above.
