Phone Evidence Admitted in Randy Martin Trial
Posted Mon, Dec 14th 2009, 12:14(Grand Cayman - CITN) -
A decision on controversial phone evidence in the trial against Randy Martin has been made, and Justice Quin says he will admit phone records that the Defence claim show someone else is the killer.
News 27 can now reveal that the other person they're talking about is Lance Myles, an ex-boyfriend of Sabrina Schirn. However, Crown Counsel has says the murder trial is about Randy Martin and no one else.
To be clear, Lance Myles is not standing trial and is not accused of murdering Sabrina Schirn.
News 27's Tammi Sulliman has more details in the video above.
