(Grand Cayman - CITN) -

Atlantis Gay Cruise Lines is scheduled to stop in George Town on the 21st of January.

Cayman will be the ship's second stop on a ten day cruise that takes tourists to Labadee and Cozumel as well.

Its not clear  how many passengers are booked to be on the cruise but we do know the boat can carry a maximum of 3,760 people.

The Cayman Minister's Association says it does not believe the ship should be allowed to make a stop in Grand Cayman.

The Cayman Islands made international headlines several years ago when the religious community here protested a gay cruise.
