Cayman has its 11th Governor

The 11th governor of Cayman Islands sworn in and tells the country he is here to serve and not to rule.
It's been a long day of formalities and News 27 has captured all the key moments for you.
Governor Duncan Taylor flew in on a Cayman Airways plane, arriving at Owen Roberts International Airport today just before midday (15 January). With him was his wife Marie-Beatrice and their 25-year-old son Max, the moment the family stepped off the plane, they were greeted by a long line of officials and then launched straight into a day of formalities.
From the airport Mr. Taylor was driven to the Legislative Assembly where he was officially sworn in as the 11th Governor of the Cayman Islands.
