Randy Martin is found guilty of murdering Sabrina Schirn and was given life imprisonment.
The 6-week trial of the inmate has finally come to an end. Martin was accused of murdering Sabrina last March (2009) on High Rock Drive in East End, close to the prison farm where he worked.
It took the judge, Justice Charles Quin, nearly 2-hours to deliver his judgement.
Justice Quin said he found Martin guilty of murder beyond reasonable doubt, and based his decision based on Martin’s own testimony.
News 27's Tammi Sulliman was at court this afternoon when the judge read his judgement and has more in the video above.
