Ezzard against cutting civil servant’s pay

With the government proposing civil service cuts pay, the only Independent Member of the Legislative Assembly says he's not convinced it’s the best idea.
North Side MLA Ezzard Miller thinks pay cuts should be the last resort for government to save money. He says not many Caymanians or expats can afford having their salaries reduced.
Mr. Miller also tells News 27 that most people are living from pay check to pay check and don't have any disposable income right now.
