The two women who were knocked down in a hit-and-run accident last week (14 July) in West Bay remain in the hospital –both still in stable condition.
The women were struck down by a Silver coloured vehicle on Mount Pleasant Road in West Bay.
Police say they still haven’t located the driver, but they believe two people, a man and a woman, were inside the car.
Meanwhile the family of the injured women who have been identified as Rose-Marie and Joan are still appealing for the driver of the car to do the right thing and come forward.
