Public consultation on Conservation Law extended

The public consultation period for the proposed National Conservation Law has been extended for another six weeks.
The minister responsible for environment, the Honourable Mark Scotland says he decided to extend the consultation period after various organizations and community groups expressed interest in making a contribution to the development of Cayman’s national environmental policy.
Minister Scotland is also encouraging everyone to take advantage of the extended opportunity to comment on the bill and get involved in shaping the future of the Cayman Islands.
