Controversy swirls Government’s deal with China Harbour Engineering Company to build a cruise berthing facility in George Town. Government says we need this port in order to remain a competitive tourist destination. Little disagreement with that statement, but those who have concerns say the deal on the table is not in the best interest of George Town and the rest of the Cayman Islands.
